The department performs angiographcal diagnosis and treatment of the acute myocardial infarction; electrical restoration of heart function in arrhythmias; diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of heart failure; diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of heart connective tissue diseases; 24-hour arterial pressure monitoring, 24-hour electrocardiography (Holter Monitoring); pulmonary endoscopy; differential diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of COPD and other pulmonary inflammatory diseases; determination of blood gas levels in patients with pulmonary diseases; diagnosis and treatment of the diseases of the mediastinum.

In addition, this department provides the treatment and control for the viral hepatitis; liver pre- and post-transplantation monitoring; liver cancer post-treatment monitoring; diagnosis and treatment of diabetes; diagnosis and treatment of dizziness.
